Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization Organizes Introductory Session for Canton Fair at TAG-Confucius

AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute (TAG-Confucius) and TAG Visa-Chinese Center, in cooperation with the Chinese Foreign Trade Center (CFCT) organized an introductory session for the 121 round of China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair).

The session aimed at providing an introduction about the Fair’s three stages starting on October 15 through to November 4, 2017.

The CFCT  specifically selected TAG-Org for organizing the session due to the Center’s strong relations with the Organization and its experience through TAG-Confucius, Visa Center, and other joint projects.
   
The session was held with the participation of the Fair organizers through online video calls,  during which attendees submitted their inquiries related to registration, how to get an official invitation to attend the event, and the mechanism for obtaining a visa to visit China.
 
Canton Fair is one of the largest and oldest trade fairs in the Republic of China since its first round in 1957. The Fair is located in Guǎngzhōu city in Guǎngdōng state Sothern China and it attracts thousands of visitors worldwide and is hosted by China’s Ministry of Commerce.

Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute:

Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute was established in September 2008 to represent Chinese language and culture and achieve a mutual understanding between Arabic and Chinese cultures according to the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between TAG-Org and TAG Confucius Institute in China.   

TAG Visa-Chinese Center:

TAG Visa-Chinese Center is the only authorized institution in Jordan through which applicants may apply for Chinese visas based on an authorization from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Jordan.
